Please note the following information regarding the security updates:

* A list of the latest servicing stack updates for each operating
system can be found in ADV990001: https://portal.msrc.microsoft.com

updated whenever a new servicing stack update is released. It is
important to install the latest servicing stack update.
* Windows 10 updates are cumulative. The monthly security release
includes all security fixes for vulnerabilities that affect Windows
10, in addition to non-security updates. The updates are available

* Starting in March 2017, a delta package will be available on the
Microsoft Update Catalog for Windows 10 version 1607 and newer. This

N.a.v. je bericht maar eens even naar het update menu van Win 10 gegaan. Daar trof ik een vreemde situatie aan. Volgens Windows was er voor het laatst op de 11e gecontroleerd (op updates). Toen ik op handmatig naar updates zoeken klikte, werden er opeens 4 gevonden, waaronder 1 (grote) cumulutatieve. Dat van die 11e snapte ik even niet, want ik ben dagelijks online en ik meende te weten dat Windows update automatisch dagelijks naar updates zoekt.

Windows door de historie heen kan soms ondoorgrondelijk zijn.

Je kan desnoods een APK aanvragen, om te kijken of er soms restricties in jouw Windows zijn gezet.

ik ben dagelijks online en ik meende te weten dat Windows update automatisch dagelijks naar updates zoekt

Ik heb ook wel eens dat hij een dag overslaat.
Maar de updates zijn van gisteren, dus dan is er gelukkig nog weinig aan de hand.
